Pivan Interactive is a technology company in the gaming and esports industry, that turns streamers into broadcasters by using AI to identify key moments in a stream to create powerful, meaningful and creative moments for their live audience, democratizing and making it affordable to create high level engaging productions that increases viewership and engagement.
Based in Boulder, Colorado, we are a Comcast NBC-Universal backed company, having gone through the Techstars accelerator program. Our advisors include a co-founder from IGN and a co-founder of Human Design (Boulder). We are redefining what it means to be streamers and content creators in the gaming and esports space. At Uncanny.gg you will…
Have a pivotal impact on the core IP of our product.
Often be required to drive your projects independently
Develop, train, and test computer vision models.
Build and integrate models into the production pipeline.
Do a little bit of everything, as with any good startup, (Software engineering, Statistical analysis, Cloud computing, etc.)
Develop systems and processes to optimize our development cycles.
Be Core to our team, and part of our family!
Be Bragged about regularly by our founders…
We look for a track record…
In Python, OpenCV, Scikit-Learn.
Of complete understanding of deep learning frameworks such as Pytorch or Tensorflow.
Effectively utilizing git, and git best practices.
Understanding cloud infrastructures such as AWS.
Implementing basic cloud systems to train models and develop data sets.
In various applications of statistical analysis.
You might be a good fit if you…
Enjoy taking ownership of a project and fanatically drive it forward.
Play games (computer/board/mobile/card/roleplay) … Obviously. Not a requirement but it really helps for sure.
Have attention to detail, self-sufficiency, all that normal stuff …
You’re comfortable juggling multiple projects and have a stellar track record of managing priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
Think carefully about things like typography and responsive layouts
You passionately love applying ML and CV to new applications.
Also note: We might hope (but don’t require) that you have at least some experience with ReactJS… We don’t think you’ll have to build anything with it, but most of our stuff is using it, and we imagine at some point your stuff will have to touch that stuff.
